Time for more aluminum guitars. Here's Todd Rundgren playing an aluminum ankh shaped guitar, years before prince. This was years before the internet, without the internet I may have never heard of this. Apparently this was made by Veleno, who made a line of aluminum instruments. I suspect they were all hand machined, in the dark days before CNC. I have to point out, since it may not be immediately obvious from the photo, that the whole thing is aluminum, from the headstock to the strap button.

Very nice, I like the art of it. I would never own one of these, I'm too practical, but this is a "relic" I could get into. Speaking of which, here's an interesting idea. I like the marriage of the LP JR body with the tele pick ups and bridge. Take a look at the bridge. I like this style of tele bridge it looks like it's cast from aluminum, rather than stamped. I feel design wise i'd shorten the control plate a little.

This is a Fano guitar. Take a look at their site, each of these models is different, same basic guitar, different body edge route, color, and pick guard.

I would definitely want to make sure my tetanus vaccine is up to date before playing one of those
