I'm making my first tube amp head cab.

I've got my tolex and my metal corners and it's all looking great for sticking and fitting, however:

Routing the corner radius' has been done, but that leaves the corners a bit pointy so the metal caps don't settle right.
Does one just attack those with a rasp and sandpaper, or is there some geometric magic I'm missing?

You should get the right corner shape with the proper router bit. Make sure you set it up and secure it flat , approach it from the same angle on all boards. Worst case take that rasp to it, it will be covered by the corner so it really doesn't matter.

So what I did was take straight passes down all edges, made a lot of sawdust but left these peaks on the corners.
All I had to do to fix it was pass the router round the corners and they're rounded off great.

Noob error, right there!
